Bruce Dawson Director

Board Director since January 2024. Bruce is the current Shawnee Market President and Chief Lending Officer of the bank. Bruce graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Agricultural Business in 1991. He also graduated from the University’s law school and has an Executive MBA in Banking from Troy University. He has over 25 years of experience working with both large regional banks and small community banks. His positions have included loan review manager, bank consultant and Chief Credit Officer. Before coming to AllNations Bank, in recent years, he served as President of a troubled bank brought in to help deal with regulatory sanctions. Bruce is married and has 3 children.
